Would you like to access your patient account, check appointments, send a secure message, update your contact info, and download office documents? You can do that and more with our Patient Portal from Solution Reach. Sign up now by going to www.myreachportal.com and creating your account. Please call the office if you’d like to pay a bill as we no longer have online bill payment.

You can request hygiene appointments by clicking on the Schedule Appointment, choosing your hygienist and scrolling through available appointments to select the one that works for you. Once you submit the request, our front desk will process it and your request will be confirmed usually immediately (if after hours you will be notified the next business day).
